At Way to Glow Kids Yoga, we playfully explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, cooperative games, and relaxation techniques.  We work together to build strong bodies, open minds, peaceful hearts, and compassionate kids! Between living in these tumultuous times and navigating daily academic and social challenges, kids can easily get overwhelmed and anxious. The practice of yoga can help support kids to feel grounded and confident, and be their best selves.  Benefits of yoga include reducing anxiety, building strength and flexibility, improving concentration, boosting self-esteem, supporting the immune system, and inspiring respect for self and others. 

I teach classes at my studio in North Berkeley and at various schools in the East Bay.  Family yoga classes take place in Kensington Park, behind the Kensington library. Classes are typically run in 8-10 week sessions. Iā€™m also available for private yoga lessons, family yoga, and birthday parties.
